Although there are many law firms in the Philadelphia area and surrounding portions of eastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey that offer estate and elder law-related services — very few are as focused on meeting those legal needs as we are.
That focus and years of experience have given us a deep understanding of these issues and about how people feel about them — both of which are essential to making clients comfortable enough to address these sometimes uncomfortable issues, and to providing the legal services needed to accomplish each individual's goals.
 

Our Practice

Our practice can be fairly described as comprehensive. The estate planning services we offer include basic wills, trusts and power of attorney instruments as well as more sophisticated asset protection and estate planning strategies for creating liquidity, avoiding probate and reducing taxes. Our elder law practice includes guardianships, conservatorships and both Medicaid and long-term care planning. Last, our attorneys advise and assist executors in managing the probate process, provide estate and trust administration services, and represent clients in probate litigation.
