As a first step, our attorneys can help you identify your estate planning goals and objectives, and provide you with step-by-step directives and educational materials for you to make informed choices. Working directly with our attorneys provides you with several distinct advantages:

Our attorneys have been specifically trained to help identify potential estate planning needs, provide a technical interface between you and our office, and assist you in the implementation process. Our attorneys bring years of experience and expertise to the table to determine what options would be best implemented and necessary for your estate plan.
2. Processing Efficiency
The processing generally begins immediately after you and/or your advisor (i.e. financial advisor, insurance agent, etc.) have registered on the Platform and completed a CDQ (Client Data Questionnaire). At this point, you can expect to be contacted within 48 hours by one of our attorneys in order to conduct a confidential attorney/client interview with you to begin to go over all of the pertinent information needed in order to complete your estate plan. Generally within 24 hours of the attorney/client interview, the drafts of your estate-planning document set will be posted to the Network Service Platform for your review. You will then be contacted by one of our attorneys to review the drafts, make any necessary adjustments and discuss the details of your case. Upon final review and approval, the documents will be submitted for printing. In most cases, your estate planning documents will be completed and forwarded to you within 15 business days.
3. Implementation Assurance
After receiving and executing your estate planning documents you are now ready to fund and implement your estate plan. The funding/implementation of your estate plan is very, very important. In fact, without the proper full implementation of your estate plan, you will very likely not achieve your personal estate planning goals no matter how well your documents have been prepared. We will review with you all the pertinent accounts, security holdings, real estate, businesses, etc. that should be funded to your plan. When the process has been completed it is now time for final review of your plan.
4. Applied Technology
The Network Service Platform is designed to provide efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of plan delivery. All clients of Dugalic & Landau, PC are offered a secure web platform directly linked to their estate planning case with the ability to communicate simultaneously with all parties on the platform working on their plan (i.e. attorney, financial advisor, insurance agent, etc.). Using your personal computer, you will be able to log on to your Client Console and view all of your estate planning documents, electronic questionnaire and case correspondence history. You will also have access to the electronic estate plan funding kit for ease and accuracy in the funding and implementation of your estate plan.
Once the plan is completed, you will enjoy the benefit of your own personalized vault that will provide you with access of all of your executed estate planning documents, as well as other important documents you choose to have uploaded onto your online vault. Your documents will be electronically stored, which provides for easy online viewing and download serviceability in the event of loss, and immediate (24/7) access to health care documents for their physicians to use in case of a medical emergency.
